What is covered:
The workmanship & structural integrity of the drum(s); i.e. shell(s), rims, lugs, key rods, spurs, claws, R.I.M.S. Mounts, throw off on snares & basket mounts on floor toms UNDER NORMAL USE.

What is not covered:
Heads, stripped screws, stripped lugs, stripped key rods or any other damaged hardware due to excessive over-tightening or cross threading. Not covered are wraps or any finishes. Also not covered is changing your mind about any component of your drum(s) "after-the-fact".

Detailed photos are shot of every drum before shipping to confirm that they are flawless & are emailed to the customer for acceptance. All shipping is insured to cover replacement & labor costs. Once an order is completed & accepted by customer before shipping, any changes to the drum(s) after completion & before or after shipping will be covered by customer accordingly, including shipping costs.
